A project to conduct a 3D laser scan and develop Building Information Models (BIM) for a residential property located in
Kepong Baru, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The purpose is to recognizing the house's historical value, this project aims to create a comprehensive 3D model.
This digital asset will serve two primary functions:
- To digitally preserve the house and enable virtual tours for visitors.
- To provide the basis for generating accurate section drawings essential for planning its refurbishment.
